Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalency and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience.
• Matriculation in a Nursing Program. NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and therapists with direct and indirect patient care
• Safely transport patients throughout the organization
• Pick up and deliver x rays, supplies, scans, mail, and other materials
• Support smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient centered care environment
