A leading healthcare organization in San Antonio seeks a Patient Care Technician for full-time night shifts. The role involves providing essential nursing care under the guidance of registered nurses across various units, ensuring quality patient care. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, and prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. This position includes a potential sign-on bonus and requires completion of specific training courses.

Summary
Under the direction/supervision of an RN, provides basic nursing care for assigned group of patients
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Satisfactorily completed a Nurse Assistant, EMT, Paramedic or Medical Assisting course
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 6 months in healthcare industry and/or knowledge of basic medical terms and procedures
