Overlake Medical Center is launching an 11-week PCT Training program to equip candidates for Patient Care Technician roles. Participants will receive training and be placed in positions post-qualification. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and tuition reimbursement. Flexible hours are necessary as most roles may require night shifts.

Overlake Medical Center is pleased to announce our new 11-week PCT Training program in partnership with Lake Washington Institute of Technology. This program will prepare participants to work as PCTs at Overlake. After placement into a PCT position, you will be required to work for Overlake for at least one year.

How the Program Works:
If selected, you'll receive 24 hours per week of paid training at $21 per hour. All training costs will be paid for by Overlake. You will also be eligible for Overlake benefits including medical and dental insurance. Your classes will be at Lake Washington Tech, and clinical hours will be at Overlake.
At the conclusion of the program, you will take the Certified Nursing Assistant test to earn your NA-C license. Once you have earned your license, you will be placed into an open PCT role at Overlake at $24.46 per hour.
Available placements are expected to range from .6 FTE (24 hours per week) to .9 FTE (36 hours per week). Open positions are likely to be on the night shift, so, schedule flexibility is essential.
