NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY seeks a Part Time Evening Radiology Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patient care, blood draws, and vital signs in the Radiology department. This on-site role requires teamwork with nurses and participation in chaperone services.

The position is evenings Tue-Fri, 5pm–11pm, with competitive pay and benefits. Candidates have a HS diploma or GED, completed training, prior PCT/MA experience, and BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Previous direct patient care experience (PCT/Nurse Aide/Medical Assistant).
• BCLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in Radiology.
• Accurately measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Report abnormal findings to the team.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Assist patients with personal care and hygiene.
• Collaborate with our nursing team.
• Support chaperone services in Radiology.
