Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current BCLS certification, maintained for employment.
Additional Requirements

Eligibility for UAP training or competency demonstration in required content areas. Specific criteria include prior healthcare experience, current certifications, or completion of relevant training programs. Exceptions may be reviewed and approved by Nursing Leadership. Staffing agency UAPs must meet position requirements. Without meeting these criteria, direct patient care in outpatient settings is prohibited.
