Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BCLS certification at hire; certification must be maintained for employment.
• Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training or competency demonstration in required content areas, which can be waived under certain conditions such as previous healthcare experience or certification, as detailed in the original description.

If the above criteria are not met, the incumbent cannot provide direct patient care in acute or outpatient settings.
