Join our team at Lexington Renal Care as a Patient Care Technician (PCT)!

Full-time opportunities available

FT (may need to work from 5:15am - 9pm). Out-patient dialysis with potentially 3 shifts. We currently do NOT have any on-calls or weekends.

Same Day Pay!

Responsibilities as Patient Care Technician (PCT):

• Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nursing Supervisor/Charge nurse.
• Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur.
• Agree not to disclose Resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Privacy Representative.
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
• Help answer phones for the nurses.

Qualifications for Patient Care Technician (PCT):

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Must possess a valid CCHT license or Bonnett license.
• Looking for teammates who have 10 years of experience working in outpatient centers either for DaVita or Fresenius.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds, to a minimum height of 5 ft, and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weights a minimum distance of 50 ft.
