PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including all regulatory and FMS policy requirements.
Works as part of the hemodialysis healthcare team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following FMCNA policies, procedures, training, and regulations set by relevant authorities. Responsible for setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting quality improvement activities to meet FMCNA's goals.
