Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is seeking a PCNA to join the 4 South Med/Surg Unit. You will provide patient care under RN supervision, assist with personal care, vital signs, and transfers, and help keep rooms clean and orderly. The role offers day shifts from 7:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m. with weekend and holiday requirements, growth opportunities, and access to development programs to advance your nursing career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required or must obtain during hire.
• Military experience (HM, 68W, 4N0X1) considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with vital signs, weight, personal care, activities of daily living, transfers/transport, pulse oximetry, dressing changes, and catheter care.
• Report abnormal findings to an RN and maintain clean, orderly patient rooms.
