Cleveland Clinic’s Medina Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA) to join 3 South General Medicine Unit. You will provide direct patient care under an RN, assist with ADLs, and support a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Paid nights 7:00PM–7:30AM with rotating weekends/holidays; minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and BLS; preferred STNA. This role offers growth within a world-class health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) required or obtained during hire; Nursing students: BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under RN supervision; record vital signs and daily living activities; assist with transfers and monitoring devices; report abnormal changes to RN; help keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
