Responsibilities
Job Summary
Provides patient related care tasks based on the principles of growth and development across the life span of patients served in his/her independent unit. Assists, observes, and reports patient changes to licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical record documentation relative to the care delivered.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
Completion of Block 1 in Nursing OR Medical Assistant (MA) OR Nursing Assistant (NA) OR Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) OR Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) OR 6 months of healthcare experience within the last year required.
Licenses and Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
