Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is hiring for a full-time role focused on patient safety watches and direct patient care in collaboration with the RN. Responsibilities include vitals, positioning, feeding, and EKG, with adherence to hospital standards.
The position requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to rotate between day and night shifts with weekend/holiday work as needed.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Schedule rotation commitment: Three week rotations between day shift (7:00am - 7:30pm) and night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am) The schedule includes working every other weekend and holiday
This role’s primary focus will be providing one-one patient safety watches. Other duties will be required as needed
Delivers direct patient care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Performs tasks that do not require nursing judgements or administration of medications. Duties include, but not limited to: Patient safety watches, bedside patient care, vitals, positioning, feeding, and EKG. Is accountable for the patient care they deliver. Adheres to St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center standards of care and practice.
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Medical background, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity preferred . Basic computer skills required Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.
Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training provided upon hire
Office/Clinical setting. Exposure class I.
Heavy work: requires standing, lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying.

Pay Range: $17.25 - $25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
