METHODIST MANSFIELD MEDICAL CENTER in Dallas is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the night shift in the Intermediate Care Unit. The position provides direct patient care and supports the nursing team.

Under the direction of professional staff, you will assist with patient care, perform basic duties, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for patients. A High School Diploma or equivalent and BLS are required, with CNA/MA pathways considered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required.
• 1 year experience as a nursing assistant in a comparable healthcare facility.
• Graduate from a certified nursing assistant program.
• Certified Medical Assistant program.
• Nursing student who documents completion of the first semester of a Nursing Program.
• Documented military experience as a medic/corpsman.
• Foreign Nursing graduate not currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
• EMT Certification/Paramedic License
