Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist with patient care under professional supervision. The role supports patients, nursing units, and staff, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant CNA/MA/EMT credentials.

A BLS certification is required. Candidates may have 1 year of nursing assistant experience or completion of a CNA/MA program, with additional military medic or foreign nursing background considered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required.
• 1 year experience as a nursing assistant in a comparable healthcare facility or equivalent.
• Graduate from a certified nursing assistant program or Certified Medical Assistant program.
• Nursing student who completes first semester of a Nursing Program.
• Documented military medic/corpsman experience or foreign nursing graduate not licensed in US.
• EMT Certification/Paramedic License.
