Summary

The Patient Care Tech assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. The role includes serving as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCTs, being cross-trained as a Unit Associate, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Compensation

Up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available based on experience.

Requirements

• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program, Florida-issued CNA license, or completion of the first semester of a Registered Nurse program.
• Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
