• Assesses patients' quality of life related to nutrition and hydration.
• Admits, transfers, and discharges patients in line with the plan of care.
• Assists with clinical procedures, including monitoring vital signs.
• Helps to maintain unit inventories of supplies and medical equipment.
• Checks that fall-risk patients have appropriate safety measures.
• Helps document all clinical procedures and patient interactions.
• Responds promptly to delegation from registered nurse staff.
