HCA Healthcare, Inc. operates Menorah Medical Center in Kansas City area and is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support RNs with hands-on patient care in a collaborative nursing team.

The role involves assisting with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care while helping monitor conditions and carry out care plans to restore comfort and dignity. The position emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, teamwork, and adherence to infection control and safety

• Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality
