Job Overview:

The Clinical Care Technician functions under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. He/she performs specific duties and is considered an integral part of the nursing team. They assist nurses in gathering information and making observations regarding patient conditions. Under the direction of the RN, they provide care to patients on the unit, including taking vital signs, EKGs, performing phlebotomy, and assisting with bedside care such as bathing, mouth care, and skin care.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Enrolled in a Nursing Program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomist Certified, EKG tech, or equivalent
Scheduling Requirements:
  • Days, 7am-3pm
  • Schedule may vary depending on department needs
  • Per-Diem
  • Mandatory Orientation

Pay Range:

$20.00 to $25.00 Hourly Rate
