Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of patient care experience in a health care facility.
• BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire and current thereafter.
• CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification or related coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support decentralized patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Perform multi-skilled patient care tasks to assist outcomes.
• Assist with documentation and patient needs as directed.

Education
