Kindred Hospital Lima is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join the patient care team. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, help with transfers and mobility, and report changes to the registered nurse to support safe, continuous care.

This role requires reliable attendance, clear English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under supervision in a busy long-term care environment.

Qualificações

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to organize tasks and priorities under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharge procedures.
• Provide routine patient care and basic comfort measures.
• Respond to patient calls and coordinate with nurses.
