MelroseWakefield Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Care Technician to provide supportive nursing care under supervision of a professional nurse.

The role includes direct patient care, environmental support, and ensuring patient safety across units, with competencies in basic clinical tasks and equipment handling. The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma, BLS, and preferred CNA or MA certification, with 1 year of related experience in acute care.

Formación

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent and BLS certification.
• Preferred CNA or Medical Assistant certification.
• 1 year of related experience in NA/PCA/CCT/PCT roles preferred.
• Acute care experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the professional nurse in patient care and reporting findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, maintaining patient dignity and safety.
• Greet patients and families, respond to requests, and seek nurse supervision as needed.
• Record and communicate patient data to the assigned nurse promptly.
• Prepare rooms for admission/transfer/discharge and ensure equipment readiness.
• Transport patients as needed and act as a sitter when required.
• Assist with comfort measures and patient mobility as assigned.
• Set up procedures and manage supplies per nursing staff directions.
