Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program, Fundamentals of Nursing program, HMH PCT Apprenticeship, or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age, safety, and education needs.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare team about status and care.
• Take initiative to improve performance and opportunities.
• Participate in care plan from admission to discharge.
• Assist with patient assessments, vitals, and specimen collection.
