Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Stoughton is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to perform patient care activities under supervision by a Registered Nurse or LVN/LPN. The role does not administer medications and follows hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; BLS certification required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. Does not administer medications or therapy.
• Does not assume independent responsibility for patient care. Follows PAM Health policies and procedures.
