Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Chicago is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and help with admissions and discharges to ensure high-quality patient care.

Candidates should have CPR/BLS, CNA certification or training, and solid communication skills; prior medical office or patient care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of relevant medical office or patient care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
• Soft skills including interpersonal communication, prioritization, collaboration, and following directions.
• Completion of CNA certification, accredited nursing assistant training, or related clinical rotations is preferred.

Responsibilities
