Live Well Homecare in Evanston is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide patient care under RN supervision. You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and perform routine procedures across Illinois locations.

Ideal candidates have CNA training and at least one year of medical experience, with strong communication and teamwork. Full-time and part-time options are available, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Completion of CNA training or at least one nursing clinical rotation preferred.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience in a medical setting.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, prioritization, teamwork, and adherence to instructions.

Responsibilities
