Description

Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced Patient Care Technician; PCT; CNA to join our team at Mercy Medical Center. This person is responsible for assisting physicians and providing exceptional care to patients with various medical conditions.

What You Will Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, fluid intake, elimination, bathing, dressing, and delivering ice and beverages.
• Perform selected tasks such as patient transport, specimen collection, and distribution of linens and supplies.
• Provide care according to hospital procedures, ensuring patient safety and dignity.
• Perform secretarial tasks to support unit flow as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
• CPR/BLS certification from AMA or Red Cross.

Schedule

• Full-Time, 36 hours night shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
• Must work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
