The PCT will perform various patient care activities and accommodations while adhering to PAM Health policies and guidelines. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate patient support, with no independent medication administration.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 2–3 years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Does not administer medications or assume independent responsibility for patient care.
