Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Collect specimens for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.).
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision to support comfort and safety.
• Support patient positioning and mobility to prevent ulcers.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols; document care in EHR.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Assist with procedures and equipment setup as directed.
