Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care
• Obtain vital signs and assist with phlebotomy
• Document patient information accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Order and stock supplies; respond to patient call lights
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge; move patients as needed
• Prepare patients for procedures and transport specimens to labs
