Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BCLS certification; certification must be kept current.

Additional Requirements

Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training or competency demonstration, or meeting specific experience or education requirements as detailed in the description. Exceptions may be reviewed and approved by Nursing Leadership. UAP from staffing agencies must comply with position requirements. Without meeting these criteria, direct patient care in outpatient procedures is not permitted.
