Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months healthcare experience within the last year is required.
• Completion of Block 1 in Nursing / MA / NA / EMT / BHT is accepted.
• BLS certification is required; CNA or EMT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and collaborate on direct patient care under a licensed caregiver.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and maintain care documentation.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the licensed caregiver.
• Answer questions or concerns from patients, families, or health team members.
