Qualified candidates will hold BLS and have a Georgia CNA on the registry, or possess CMA/RMA/CCMA credentials. A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required for this role.
• Active CNA certification on the Georgia Registry is required.
• Alternative qualifications include CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), or CCMA (NHA) as listed.
• Minimum of one year of patient care experience in a relevant acute or direct care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing assistance and patient care for comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene tasks.
• Operates within a unit-based, self-directed patient care team and collaborates with licensed and non-licensed staff.
