Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with personal care and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Documents and reports care provided to patients.
• Performs vital signs and basic tests including EKGs and blood glucose testing.
• Collects specimens as directed by the RN.
• Prepares equipment for bedside procedures and assists with setup.
• Maintains a clean, safe patient environment and supports environmental rounds.
• Supports orientation and competency checks for PCTs.
