Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of CNA training; NA-C certification required.
• MA-R licensure also required with sponsor possibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision on West 4 Medical Unit.
• Handle medical records, equipment, and basic patient observations.
