Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Naples, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support clients and staff across the treatment facility. You will assist with daily treatment processes, monitor safety, and provide clerical support to the treatment team.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient activities, coordinating with staff from admission to discharge, and helping manage medications and scheduling. This role contributes to a compassionate, evidence-based recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check.
• Current Driver’s License in good standing with clean record.
• Favorable Driver Health Screen.

Responsibilities

• Review and support the recovery activities of patients/clients and relate observations to appropriate staff
• As a member of the treatment team, assist patients/clients from admission through discharge
• Monitor and maintain patient/client’s medications as required
• Ensure site/building is in compliance with safety regulations including fire and guest/visitor expectations
• Driving responsibilities as needed
