Qualifications

• High School or GED required (less than 1 year experience implied).
• Previous hospital or patient care experience preferred.

• Able to move about department and hospital; interacting with patients, visitors and staff.
• Frequent use of computers and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with ADLs, vital signs, I&O, EKGs and documentation.
• Assists with meals, transport, dressings, specimens and patient care.
• Maintains infection control and safety practices.
• Collaborates with health care team and participates in performance improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
