The University of Iowa is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the 4C Ortho-Surgical unit. This part-time role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining cleanliness, and performing basic treatments under RN supervision. The position requires night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, offering a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and health insurance options.

University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center Downtown (located at 500 E. Market Street, Iowa City, IA) is a 194-bed hospital that became part of Iowa’s only comprehensive academic health system on Jan. 31, 2024.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Percent of Time: 60%
Schedule: Every Friday & Saturday, Night shift, 1830-0700
Location: Downtown Campus
Pay Differentials: Shift differentials for evening andnight.
