Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our Lafayette, Indiana team. You will provide direct, hands-on patient care alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting.

The role requires CNA certification, prior PCT experience in acute care, and completion of the Franciscan PCT in-training program, with BLS training provided as needed. A nursing student in early clinicals is also considered.

As a Patient Care Technician at Franciscan Health, you’ll perform delegated patient care activities. You are the caregivers who spend most of the time with our patients. Qualifications

Preferred High School Diploma/GED

• Nursing student after having completed 1st semester of clinicals Required
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Required
• Prior PCT experience in another acute care health care organization Required
• After completion of Franciscan PCT In-training program Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Franciscan will provide BLS training and recertification as needed.
