HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support Registered Nurses in a busy hospital. You will assist with vital signs, mobility, and daily care, helping create a safe, welcoming environment and contribute to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities include aiding with preparation, transfers and comfort; non‑medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection; keeping areas clean and stocked; managing supplies and logs for infection

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork help restore comfort and dignity for every patient you serve and make our mission to improve lives a reality each day.

Required License/Certification: American Red Cross or American Heart Association (BLS or BCLS) Course Completion and Certification
Training and Experience: 1+years continuous clinical experience as a PCA in a hospital or Skilled Nursing Center or graduate from a Medical Assistant or CNA program, or evidence of clinicals in nursing school.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to communicate with all customers both orally and written in a clear, professional and effective manner. Ability in providing direct patient care.
