The Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under RN supervision, the PCT assists in providing care according to their skills and department needs, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. The PCT observes hospital policies and State Board of Nursing rules for unlicensed personnel.
