The Patient Care Technician provides a variety of indirect and direct care, including provisions for patients' dependency needs such as nutrition, hygiene, safety, and physical and psychological comfort measures, to patients and their significant others, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Work is primarily performed in patient settings with extensive interaction with patients, staff, physicians, family members, and visitors.
High School Diploma or GED
