Joining DaVita as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) is an exciting opportunity to jump start your career in the healthcare industry! With paid, extensive training, you will gain the skills needed to care for our patients and build a network of other healthcare professionals across your region. After training, you will join a team of care professionals including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other PCTs to care for our patients. Our PCTs find DaVita professionally fulfilling. We offer clear paths to higher responsibility and compensation through our Clinical Ladders program. We also provide training to become a Facility Administrator or a Regional Operations Director. Your success depends on your performance and motivation.
