Job summary

DaVita in Naples, FL seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support end-stage renal disease patients in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide hands-on care under RN supervision, assisting patients through dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe care, monitoring patients before/during/after treatment, setting up equipment, recording vitals, and educating patients on kidney health while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

  • GED or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to stand for long shifts
  • Willing to float between local clinics as needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Preferred: CNA/MA/CHT/phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

  • Record vital signs and patient data

Requirements
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
