Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure vitals, initiate cannulation, and assist with machine setup in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a passion for patient care, and current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certification along with BLS/CPR. IRC offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range

• $17.35 - $28.20 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
