Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients during dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold current BLS/CPR certification. Certifications from BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state programs are preferred.

• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state cert).

• Provide patient observations and report changes to care team.

Job Requirements Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range

• $20 - $28 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
• We plan on accepting applications until 11-5-2026
