Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

The role involves delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients on treatment and kidney health. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
