Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC in Chicago is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct patient care and support clinical procedures. You will document observations accurately, maintain a safe, clean homecare environment, and participate in quality initiatives. Flexible part-time and full-time 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends; training, mentorship, and student loan repayment are offered.

Formación

• Must hold CNA certification or be enrolled in nursing school with completed clinical rotations.
• CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Annual health and safety training with a 90% score required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admissions, discharges, hygiene, feeding, mobility, vital signs, specimen collection, and newborn care.
• Support procedures such as EKGs, fetal monitoring, phlebotomy, oxygen setup, and post-op care.
• Document patient observations accurately and report changes promptly.
• Maintain a clean environment, stock supplies, and handle patient belongings.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality initiatives to promote a patient-centered culture.

The position involves providing direct patient care, supporting clinical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient care environment. Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must hold a CNA certification or be enrolled in nursing school with completed clinical rotations, and possess CPR/BLS certifications. Strong soft skills include flexibility, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, and composure in stressful situations. Successful completion of annual health and safety training with a 90% score is required.
