DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, educating patients, and collaborating with the care team. Flexibility and a strong patient focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
