Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic in Wisconsin Dells. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision during dialysis treatment.

The role involves monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs; and educating patients on kidney health.

Qualifications

  • Accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
  • Physically able to stand for long shifts.
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy or healthcare experience.

Requirements
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
