Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Patient Care Technician to care for our patients in the Birth Place department.

Department Description: CMH's Birth Place has 6 LDRP suites for labor, delivery, and post-partum care where mothers, fathers, and families can gather and eagerly await the arrival of their newborn. The nursery, located across from the labor and delivery rooms, allows new mothers an opportunity to rest post-delivery, as well as their first night.

Responsibilities:

1. Know and apply current theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of Birth Place patients.
2. Know and practice special skills required as a Tech for labor and delivery.
3. Maintain a safe, clean patient care environment.
4. Actively and consistently contribute to department operations and communication.
5. Behave in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH.
6. Perform other duties as requested.

The position is PRN, night shift, 7p-7a.
